Step 1
Pre-treat the tile and grout.
Our non-toxic cleaner will loosen accumulated soil, grease, dirt and residue embedded in the grout.
Step 2
Power scrub surfaces.
We utilize a 170 rpm swing arm machine to power scrub the surface.
Step 3
Power rinse.
We use a pressure washing system designed specifically for tile and grout.
Step 4
Speed dry.
We remove any remaining water and use high powered fans to dry the tile and grout.
Step 5
Apply sealer.
After the surface is finished drying, we put a sealer on to protect the tile and grout. This acts as a barrier against any future staining.
